We wanted to introduce ourselves and allow you to get to know us better. Hi, we are Kyle and Nicole Zuleger the founders of Guardian Pressure Washing & Windows.

Guardian started as an idea to support our family and utilize the skills we already have. We had a vision to excel in property services in Northeast Wisconsin. By the grace of God, today we are living that dream offering unparalleled services to homeowners, businesses, and property managers.

We hold ourselves accountable to high standards, customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationship with those customers over time. Our mission is to treat your home the same way we would like our own home to be treated.

A little bit about us:

We met by chance four years ago and got married in August of 2023. We are both born and raised in Wisconsin and proud of it! Today, we reside in the Kaukauna area with an incredible daughter, two pets, and the hope to grow our family.

Nicole is a sales woman at a local jewelry store here in Appleton. She also manages the administrative side of Gaurdian. In her off time she loves to bake, read, work out and be around her family.

Kyle is a firefighter for a local fire department. He is service minded and eager to lend a helping hand. When he’s not working hard you can find him in a tree stand, the gym, or with his two girls who are the loves of his life. Kyle is a family man which is what inspired him to build a business for his family.
